If any of you care, Randal taken this intersession to revamp the HSSL's Web presence.  We have finally moved to a CMS.  An extensive evaluation discarded Jaws, Plone, Drupal in favor of Joomla. Things are still a little rough around the edges and all the original content will reappear once all the other interested parties follow Randal's good example.
